Artwork Requirements
To save time on processing your print files to be print ready and for the best print and embroidery results , please kindly follow our requirements for print files.
This requirements also applies to artwork files sent for custom labels, hardware and packaging.
01 Accepted File Types
Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
Adobe Photoshop (.PSD)
Vector (.EPS)
02 Print Size
Your designs should be adjusted to the correct size of the print required.
If you want the print to be 30 * 30 cm, please make sure the dimensions in the file are adjusted to 30 * 30 cm.
Please also indicate on the file of the dimensions of your required print size.
03 Outlining Your Text
If you are creating your files in Adobe illustrator, please outline your text or provide us with the font files.
04 Colour Format
Please send your files in CMYK or RGB colours format.
05 Colour Matching
We will assist with pantone colour matching with your print files to the inks used for printing on fabric but we can’t guarantee the exact matching will always be achieved.
Colours of the artwork can differ from what is viewed on a computer to screen or a printed paper to what is printed on the fabric. This is due to different colour calibration for every monitor and there is no universal colour calibration for computers.
It will also be beneficial if you can provide PANTONE coated colours for your print colours.
06 Print / Instructions
If you have specific instruction on how you want the placement, scale / size, repeated patterns, all over prints, direction of print artwork, please confirm these details in advance of sampling so that we can get the actual sample made to your instructions.
